Art has always been an outlet for me. In middle school, it was something I thoroughly enjoyed as a hobby with DIY's, paintings and all sorts of crafts-that finally my parents bought me an art table to fill up all my ideas. This designated art space has seen me grow into a variety of mediums and art styles. It wasn't until early 2021, when I got my first tattoo, that art fell back into my heart again. Seeing the plethora of designs with different art styles made me really dive into the traditional style of art and what it meant to me as an artist. That Fall of 2021, I pursued an education I aspired for and graduated with my Associates in Visuals Arts, focused in Fine Arts, from Wake Technical Community College in Fall 2023.
As for the goal of my art, I enjoy creating what I envision. My art is my creative expression of how I view and see everyday things. My art can range from portraits inspired by characters to ideas for a tattoo design. I am creating what I am interested in, tattoos, anime, video games, nature, and what I like in my own style. I make my art through acrylic paintings, charcoal drawings or digital paintings. I create my art because it satisfies my need to imagine. I make art from imagining an idea and feel the creative urge to make it, instead of waiting for someone else to do it for me. The overall view of my work is that there might not always be a deeper, hidden meaning behind it rather it is to be viewed out of enjoyment and interest for my style.
